Avocado Mango Smoothie

This creamy avocado mango smoothie is made with avocado, mango, and spinach for a smoothie that is packed with healthy fats and antioxidants. This cold smoothie is the perfect fuel to keep you going through a long hot day. Plus, mango and spinach are great sources of immune-boosting nutrients. Exactly what we need in our diets during these times, but without a lot of calories.

COOK TIME: 5 minutes



  • ½ avocado

  • ½ cup of frozen mango chunks

  • ½ cup banana

  • 1 cup spinach

  • ¼ cup almond milk

  • ¼ cup of water

  • flax meal and bee pollen - optional


1. Add all ingredients into a high-speed blender.

2. Process until fully smooth, adding more almond milk or water as needed. Serve immediately and enjoy!
